As an Italian surf instructor who values both luxury and value, my stay at Relais & was a delightful blend of relaxation and upscale comfort. The exceptional customer service lived up to its reputation, with staff members like Sergio, Louis, and Tatiana going above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable experience. The hotel's beautiful grounds and gardens provided a serene backdrop, perfect for unwinding after a day of surfing.While the dining experience was superb with a talented chef and excellent service, I found the menu options slightly limited in the bar area compared to the main dining room. However, the proximity to a golf course and spa facilities added to the overall appeal of the hotel.In terms of amenities, the option for car hire was convenient for exploring the surrounding area, although it would have been nice to have a free shuttle service available. Relais & offers a luxurious retreat with excellent service, making it a worthwhile choice for those seeking a balance of luxury and value in their accommodations.
